Will guests find it easy to use?
Yes. Guests never need to install an app. They get a door code before arrival, and the lights, heat and instructions all work automatically or with a simple voice prompt.
Can I manage the property remotely?
Yes. You connect over a secure, encrypted private network from anywhere in the world, without exposing your property to the internet.
What happens between bookings?
The system switches to eco mode, keeps monitoring for leaks or noise, and re-arms itself. On the day of arrival it pre-heats or pre-cools the property for your guests.
Will it work with my existing locks?
In most cases, yes. We integrate with common NZ mortise locks, keypads and digital locks, and if yours is unusual, custom firmware is our specialty.
